Instructions for the GDR Neutrino (GDR2918) : 

Travel and accomodation organisation: Before the meeting

People from CNRS laboratories:

1) - Fill  the first page only and sign the form corresponding to the file named formulaire_invitesLAPP.pdf; Read carefully the information given.
Send a scanned copy together with the requested documents listed at the bottom of the second page to missions@lapp.in2p3.fr (don't forget the bank RIB)
stating in the subject: 'Neutrino GDR meeting'
2) You can reserve your travel tickets and your accomodation from the Simbad CNRS interface (ialbatros for the hotel). You will have to select for validation  Brigite Putanier (GDR2918). Be careful to select really GDR and not UMR since she is authorized to validate for both Research Units.
For GDR2918  check carefully and  choose the one with  email address : putanier@lapp.in2p3.fr . It corresponds normally to the first choice among the two possilities.


Invited people from France (non CNRS):

1) - Fill  the first page only and sign the form corresponding to the file named formulaire_invitesLAPP.pdf;
Send a scanned copy together with the requested documents listed at the bottom of the second page to missions@lapp.in2p3.fr (don't forget the bank RIB)
stating in the subject: 'Neutrino GDR meeting'
2)   - In parallel send your detailed  trip plan (train schedule or plane schedule and the number of nights needed) to  the mission responsible at  missions@lapp.in2p3.fr . She will reserve your train or plane tickets as well as the accomodation corresponding to your request

Invited people from outside France:

1) - Fill and sign the form corresponding to the file named formulaire_invitesLAPP.pdf;
There are 2 pages. Send a scanned copy together with the requested documents listed at the bottom of the second page to missions@lapp.in2p3.fr
stating in the subject: 'Neutrino GDR meeting' .
2)   - In parallel send your detailed  trip plan (train schedule or plane schedule and the number of nights needed) to  the mission responsible at  missions@lapp.in2p3.fr . She will reserve your train or plane tickets as well as the accomodation corresponding to your request.

- Send it together with the  original of the additional expense receipts you may have to:

Invited people from France (non CNRS):

- In case the 'Ordre de mission sans frais' was not provided in the first step, you should get one.

Invited people from outside France:

After the meeting when you are back to your institute:

1) - Fill and sign the form called Etat-de-frais_missions_2017.pdf 
If some items are not clear at least you should fill your  Surname (Nom d'usage) and Name (prénom) 
 on the 2 pages, sign and  fill as much as possible. We will complete in Annecy in case some information are not complete.
 
2) - Important: you should get from your institute/laboratory a travel order without expenses for this mission. It was already requested in the first form.
If you have no existing such form the best is to produce an attestation similar to this example (Certification2015.docx) which can be adapted (with the headings of your institute etc..)
the proper title for your name etc… signed by your institute/University.


- Send these  documents together with the  original of the expense receipts you may have. Normally if the tickets and hotel have been booked by our
service you will not need to send the corresponding receipts.
